They were rude and unprofessional, didn't offer any solutions, except to tell me to bite the bullet and pay 120 dollars to ship it back for the " free" warranty.

Using receded CCI 40 gr maxi mag ammo. Sent gun to Keltec and asked for explanation. They told me it happens with CCI ammo. They are fixing it and sending it back.
