The letter says "I485 - application to register permanent residence or adjust status" in the case type section of the letter and mentions NBC in the body. NBC is just a processing center. The important thing is they do not directly adjudicate 485s. This is done at a FO or certain other service centers.

Many of my friends who filed in EB1A category late last year and early this year didn’t get Interview, not even EAD combo card but I-485 approved two/three months after biometric right away.
