We recommend you don't mix R-22 and R-410a. They do not work well together. However, if you're talking about completely replacing R-22 with R-410a, the answer is also probably not. R-410a has to be charged at a higher pressure than R-22. Your old system may not be suited to operating at that higher pressure.
