After the Lift and 37s I have put an additional 5.3K miles averaging 11.8 mpg, please keep in mind this is with an Un-Corrected Odometer. The 37's are 9% larger than the stock tires and using quick math the corrected mpg comes out to be 12.8 mpgs. Current Ride. 2022 F-350 Tremor 7.3L. Current Ride #2. 1980 Mazda RX-7. If you're not lifting or leveling the truck, then stick with 35's. 37's won't fit on a stock truck without notable rubbing. If you're going to lift or level, then 37's certainly make the visual appearance better, will give a smoother ride, and be better off-road.
