As long as you have the item Alarm/Siren, you can get them pretty fast from 3rd item slot. I got 6 Pink Tails in less than 2 hours (maybe a lot less, around one hour).

eh With sirens the pink tail was p.easy, Getting gaus rages there is 253 of them and you have to encounter them all normally once then have a massive encounter table to re-encounter them all in the veldt. to learn the ablity. I wouldnt say its as RNG heavy as pink tail but its a massive grind still. #10.
