There were quite a few choices, including many "fast food" type establishments. I happened upon Mariscos el Malecon while driving near my hotel, and stopped in. The prices were reasonable, and when I was greeted in Spanish I knew it was authentic Mexican food. I had a burrito supreme ($7.99) and it was very tasty.

El Malecon is definitely rather wonderful. They have great selection of items with fair prices for what u get. I was advised to try their Pernil, which was outstanding, but all other menu items were very good too. Crew is extremely pleasant and will certainly help you with anything. Prices can be up there but that is to be expected in a seafood restaurant. Will say that the serving sizes are huge and the flavor is consistent. Not a fan of their parking though, near impossible to get a spot and in more than one occasion they have been out of something we wanted.
