I went to Chamberlain. Started in Arlington VA, then transferred to the Jacksonville FL campus. I did the whole 3 years, minus a few pre-reqs I had completed while in the army. I feel that I got a great education and was extremely prepared not only for the NCLEX, but for real world nursing as well. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.7 GPA.I’m in my first year at chamberlain university for nursing. I cannot get approved for any loans for my tuition nor have a co-signer. My financial aid isn’t covering it and it’s disheartening. The program is a lot of self teaching. You get what you put into it. The program is very expensive in comparison to other universities.

It is tough, there’s high expectations of the students, and when it’s all over you have a BSN and are not very prepared for what true nursing is.
