I think you can just put the settings xml file on paste bin. I haven't done anything special really. I just downloaded the botw graphics pack, ramped everything up to ultra. Chose the 60fps++ option with seafrosts graphics option. Then in nvidia control panel lock the fps to 60 for cemu. You just go into the input settings and add the keyboard as your input device.
