Keep in mind that different alignments, dialogue choices, and party compositions may change how Act One turns out for you.

Act 2 was about 20 hours though ATM I'm not sure if act 2 was gonna end when you leave the shadowlands or if it's gonna continue with a bit with the road to baldurs gate (like how underdark continued after the crash site and still counted as act 1.
